Gaming Having issues connecting a Bluetooth keyboard to my computer.

I wasnt sure if I should go to the PC board for this or the DS board cause my keyboard is from the DS game "Pokemon Typing DS"

So I'm running on Windows 7 and also I have an iPhone 4 that I have been trying to connect to as well.

Does anyone know what I can do to get this to work?

Edit: I also have a Wii and a 3DS but I wasnt sure if a 3DS has Bluetooth.
