Homebrew Have question on 3DS

I newbie in 3ds
I brought New 3DS ll store are said they are install CFW version Sys11.0.0-33U
and change language Japan to English
Problem is
when I start etc. StreetPass mii plaza and when choose mii next my 3ds will error and reboot
and more will error too how I should too do

That is normal for a region switched console, you lose some of the functionality of your 3ds, like using the eshop
