Not to sure on Official dumps but I know there is PAL and NTSC-U copies floating about, check your local sites and a few others and hopefully you stumble across one.

i got the NTSC-U one with working operating guides long long ago. It should be the official dumps.
The guide of the injected one does not work and lead to corrupt data.

All the ones that I have come across are the PAL version made region free. You can tell what version you have from the Wii Menu screen. If it's the PAL version, it will say that it runs at 60Hz. The US version would have an ESRB rating on it.

According to the release list here at GBAtemp, the EU version has a scene release. Not the US version.

Although I'd assume there's a non-scene dump floating around.

There are PAL/USA/Jap realease out there. Moreover some mod game injections about MRPG.

Yes there is a US version out , it was out in the first 23 mins past noon on monday when that game came out ... just look for it, becuase i dump it myself ..
