That's okay. There are plenty of private out there. Those are not private and that's why Nintendo knows where to target at. I am not worry about that. However, Nintendo has a right to put them down. If you dont know where to get one then buy one to support them. That's simple. No complaint.

Their discord is public, but their links are only viewable to paid members. If they get taken down atleast they made profit to some degree.

Wow how ridiculous. On what basis could they possibly have the legal reasoning to do that? What law is it to post links. Not to mention it was just a way for people to post their legal game backups and have them verified by the public or whatever .
