Hi Tomosh,I know this is an old thread now but thought rather than posting this same question I would ask in here. How did you get on with them in the end? Did anything arrive or did you have any luck contacting them?I ordered last Friday and they have taken payment, marked it as shipped but have not responded to any messages and haven't sent me a tracking code.

I suspect they are dodgy as my credit card also shows a different amount on it to the amount I was supposed to be paying them (about £2 different) and they use a system called payitrust which, when googled, comes up with a few negative comments about it.

My credit card company have confirmed that I am covered against it if they are not legit but thought I'd ask around first!

Has anyone else had any dealings with them?

Are they even based in the UK?
Website is registered to a guy in France??

If you paid using a Credit Card you can do a chargeback for anything less than £100, or file for a section 75 for anything over.
You'll get your money back if you do, it's the law.

Hello,

sorry - my email didn't notify me that you had replied!

I've spoken to credit card company and they have started the process of reclaiming it. The value was only £50ish so they didn't envisage a problem.

Out of the blue this morning I received an email with a tracking number in and then instant response to each of the three questions I asked after that.

Turns out the item was posted from Singapore and the tracking number they've provided is absolutely useless, just says that it has left Singapore and I can't track it any further!

Will see what happens. Their website specifies 3-6 business days for delivery but the email I received this morning said 15 days!

I'll keep this thread updated for info as I know how difficult I found it getting information on this particular website when buying (should have been enough to stop me, I know!).

There are now very few flashcard sellers located in the uk. Most have a .co.uk address but are based in china.

Usual indicators are: big royal mail logos everywhere, different currency options, that pic of some chick with a headset on waiting to take your order and hk shipping options. Stick with nds-card.com.
