Hacking Has anyone been banned for this?

Anyone been banned for doing something like this?
Lets say you were on 9.0.1 using your stock sysNAND, no custom firmware.
Then you upgrade to 9.2.0 using nintendos servers on the stock sysNAND.
Then you restore to a 9.0.1 clean nand backup using hekate.
Then you upgrade from the 9.0.1 clean backup, back to 9.2.0 using nintendo servers.
Anyone been banned from doing something like this?

Banned for what lol, for running hekate and restoring a backup? I guess if that would be the case, then 99% (if not 100%) of all the cfw users would have been banned atm lol. I don't think anyone was banned for running hekate or any other payload. Its still not clear if nintendo even can detect using RCM at all afaik.

Nintendo makes it impossible to legitimately downgrade.
So if they saw you were on 9.0.1, then updated to 9.2.0, then SOMEHOW you were back on 9.0.1 and updated to 9.2.0 again, it would look suspicious on their end. I'm just wondering if anybody has gotten banned for doing this, because
if you updated to 9.2, were ever online, then downgraded from there, then that could potentially be seen by nintendo?

Well, you can probably be banned, cause you know how it works... You've done some dirty stuff and was online detected by ninty servers, so you can pretty much expect a ban, but nobody knows for 100% if you will be banned.
