Gaming Hard Drive setup ideas?

Hey guys, I'm may be getting a new hard drive soon and I was wondering how I should set up junk. At the moment, it is:
500GB - Main OS, Games, Backups
250GB - Dead

I will send in my 250GB in soon and will change to:
250GB - Main OS
500GB - Games, Backups

But I may be buying an extra 160GB (or a 250GB if I can afford it) and I'm thinking:
160 - Main OS
250GB - Game install location
500GB - Movies, backups, downloads


Any input is appreciated!
