Hacking Hard drive partition

HI I'm wondering if it would be possible to use a 500gb fat-32 partition on my external hard drive on a pstv. There is another partition of this drive set to ntfs and I am wondering If I could still use the fat-32 partition. My other question is if I also use this partition to save GameCube games on my Wii-U would that cause a problem for either system

Dang, so fat32 doesn't work
