http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/USB_Devices_Compatibility_List#640GB It lists your hard drive as tested/compatible with homebrew and with Configurable USB loader, but I didn't see anything about Neogamma R9. I'm sure USB Loader GX and CFG USB Loader would load just fine (they're better in my opinion). You can always try Neogamma and see if it works. The only thing it doesn't work with is Geexbox (an outdated media player), but who uses that anyway?
