Homebrew Hans Freeze

I have a old3ds 10.1.27E and have only one way to start homebrew Themehax.But when i start the eshop
acess i get a black screen and nothing happens.:/ Cann anyone explain me or what i can do ?

do you have the latest version of HANS?
although you cant access the eshop atm because of the Nintendo Network ID
(it checks if you have the latest firmware version)
so no spoof at the moment, i am sry
