Right, so I have a Desire HD running 2.2 Froyo and am currently struggling to install a custom ROM. I'm sick of running the stock ROM provided by my carrier since it's full of bloatware and rubbish and want to install LeeDroid or CyanogenMod. Now, I've rooted it using Visionary+ and that seems to be successful since I can run root-only apps. I've tried two ways to enable ENG S-OFF and still no luck there. I've roamed aimlessly down at the xda-developers forum and only find the tutorials there to cater more towards people who already have knowledge in rooting and flashing. Is there anyone here who could possibly write up a good guide they've followed successfully or lead me to one that I could follow? Greatly appreciated.

Here's some info on my phone if it's necessary.
Android Version
- 2.2
Baseband Version
- 12.28b.60.140eU_26.03.02.26_M
Software Number
