lol... bushings post shut up a lot of ppl (bootmii haters).. that said that botmii was dead.. etc... etc...

also that GUI made a lot of other ppl eat their crap (not talking about the guys that `creamed` their pants on this thread... still stay away from me xD)

can't wait until i can install that puppy in my wii.. and REALLY feel safe.. and not just `kind of` safe as with preloader...

i prefer to wait for a well made piece of software and not have a half assed one thrown at me.... for 3 consecutive times in a matter of minutes

as for Marcan.. Sorry to see you "go"... and heres to hoping you find it fun again in the future...

EDIT: *spelling, grammar and marcan's stuff*

Haha, I wonder if he'll give it a funky audio track like he did with homebrew channel.

I'd be lying if I said I never drum to it from time to time

i hear that xD..

my bro and cousin have homebrew "lyrics" xD.. haha..

Oh my..! That's freaking sweet.. I'm glad Twiizers think more about the interface than black and white text..

Anyone care guessing what the SD card button is for? Boot a .dol from SD card?

And I wish happy rest of the life for marcan. He's a great guy.

Well actually the design is good, but that still image and interface can already be done with preloader. Just no one bothered to create a good interface...

SD Icon there suggests that depicted interface is from a secondary channel installed into the wii. (Just a guess)

A video would be better but a public beta in the near future is much better...

Super special awesome. When this comes out and I've backed up my NAND and everything, I think I'll brick my Wii a few times just for the lulz.

My guess is that it's designed solely to boot straight to your usb hard drive and play all those games you acquired throudh torrent sites. They've been deliberately postponing the release until everybody could get a HDD setup and fill it with games.

Either that, or you click on the picture or the SD card and your Wii sprouts arms and legs and booty dances all over you.

hope can be installed if FM 4.0 is already installed.

Never cared before about custom firmware, but looking at this, rawr

It looks amazing.

I hope it's as moddable as the USB Loaders too.

Would be pretty damned awesome if someone made another version that had a second line with "Gecko OS//Backup Gamma/Gamecube Backup Launcher/USB Launcher" etc.

when is the beta coming out?

how about we re-read the original post

bushing @ Apr 16 2009........... I hope that we can release a “public beta” within the next couple of weeks. ...............

yeii ETA... a couple of weeks!!... mmm... reminds me of the DMV for some reason...

How do I tell if my Wii has a vulnerable boot 1?

Just got it about 4 months ago, and it has a lu37 serial number and came with System Menu 3.3U (If that matters)

that makes no sense

[*]team twiizers do not in anyway support or condone piracy
[*]why would they use an sd icon for usb drive iso loading?

my guess is that hbc is to launch current wii homebrew where as the sd icon is for launching homebrew which is completely free of ios dependence and is pure ppc code

but that walking wii idea of yours has real potential

this was a joke

the SD icon is probably to launch a specific dol from SD, pretty like Preloader allows you to do
Could be useful to directly launch a (real) custom System Menu, purely homebrew coded, without having to go through the HBC

the Wii icon is obviouly used to run the original system menu
Other icons are kind of explanatory

My guess is it just loads boot.dol from the root of the SD card... I can see this being handy if you really mess up your NAND!
