ROM Hack HackingToolkit Not creating RomFS and ExeFS folders

hello. I’m using HackingToolKit9D to try and randomize my Pokémon Ultra Moon. I followed a guide on YouTube but when I got to this step, the HackingToolkit said it was finished with everything but it hadn’t created any ExtractedRomFS or ExtractedExeFS folders. Everything else is here, it’s just those two that are missing. I got the correct language and I followed the guide exactly but I can’t figure out what I did wrong. Please help!

I got it from dumping my game cartridge. I actually sighted out how to fix the problem. Now my problem is that whenever I click on the “Wild Encounters”, “Static Encounters”, “Trainers”, and “Pickup” tabs, I get an error from pk3ds saying that
“An unhandled exception has occurred.
The program must now close.” Can you please help me with this? I’ve even tried different builds of pk3ds but it hasn’t worked

Hrm.... I'm not entirely sure. Maybe you set the file directory wrong?
