Hacking Hacking the audio in Majoras Mask

i was just wondering if it was possible to inject or change the music in the majoras mask wad. im assuming id have better luck with the rom, then injecting it into the wad, but is that even possible? i read that music hacking in roms is very uncommon because of the audio file types in the game, or something. i figure that someone has found a way to do it for MM, seeing as you can download the soundtrack everywhere. any ideas?
also, just so you know, i plan on changing the in game audio file that corresponds to the different songs from ocarina of rhyme (only the MM songs, of course). its not important, but im replaying it for the millionth time, and it would be pretty funny to hear those songs in the game every once in a while.

lol it's not hard to rip the audio out of the roms.

Also, even if that was impossible the music would still be available as official OSTs have been released. Multiple actually.

PS: Ocarina of Rhyme? Play on words or... ?

Ocarina of Rhyme is basically Ocarina of Time songs but with vocals, mostly rap, added to it.

I don't think it's impossible, but it'd be very hard.
I doubt it ever happening, though.
