Is there a way to edit my save file to get characters I accidentally missed?

I missed Benny and Charlotte.

Ultimately, yes, I'm not sure if you could just add them up in a block and get away with it though.

You could maybe hire some of those Einherjar guys and change their character values, I haven't tried that.
