Hacking Hacking Brawl

Okay...so is there any possible way I can hack Super smash brothers brawl from just the wbfs file or do I need to use the actual disk? I asked my friend who got me into this hacking stuff who showed me before and said it was easier to use a CD to hack rather than the file as it was much more complicated, yet I don't know how to hack the CD or the file, so how is it that I will be able to hack the file to include custom textures and add in characters?

You need WiiBaFu, a program that converts WBFS to ISO image. You need BrawlBox on the Brawl Vault forums (or also known as the Kitty Corp Group). There are numerous tutorials there - http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php I just learned very basic hacking myself (changing polygon/vertex bone structures), sure it may seem very kinda daunting, but once you get the hang of it, it's doesn't seem as overwhelming.
