Hacking Hacking a wii

Now I'm getting a white wii from ebay and I asked the seller, what system version is it. He said it's the latest. I don't know anything about wii hacking but can I hack this wii?

Any Wii can be hacked (except the unreleased Wii mini and the Wii U).
