You can use FTPii or Wiixplorer to transfer files to SD without removing it.
but you'll need an FTP client on your other device (computer, phone, etc.)
though, if you don't already have these homebrew on your SD card, it will be difficult to launch them without getting your SD card out of the wii.
see if Homebrew Browser let you download Wiixplorer or ftpii.
I got Wiixplorer and FileZilla, I`ve entered the correct address and the correct port, but everytime I try to transfer the Miis folder from my PC to my Wii/my SD Card it gives me this error:
Error: File transfer failed
I`ve tried creating new miis, use different characters in their names, change the location of the Miis folder several times (On my other USB, on the desktop, in the Users folder), set the port to 22 (even if on WiiXplorer it says 21, I`d thought it would be worth to give it a try). Those are the FileZilla messages during the transfers:
Command: CWD /
Response: 250 CWD command successful.
Command: PWD
Response: 257 "/" is current directory.
Command: TYPE I
Response: 200 Type set to I.
Command: PASV
Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode
Command: STOR .mae <-- (my Mii`s name)
Error: Failed to convert command to 8 bit charset
Error: File transfer failed
And it keeps repeating. I`ve tried changing settings in Site Manager, changing my user name and password, setting the Encryption to: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available.
I`m kinda stuck right now, should I try getting another program like WiiXplorer or change my FTP client?
