Could I use my Wii to install a Save to a MC and use the save to use homebrew on the Gamecube. I think I heard somewhere that there is one for twilight princess, but I just wan't to check and know how to do it.

I think so, I used this method to install the Agent Under Fire exploit for my GameCube.
