There is not nor may there ever be a way to hack patched consoles without a modchip. Just get an unpatched unit and forget the wait.

The difference is pretty much the same since the number of exploits shared between the two is the same past firmware 7.X

Not really, because I believe mariko is immune to caffine, even if on the lowest possible firmware, 7.0.0

I disagree because the number of users who even have a console between firmware 4.0 to 7.0 is insignificant even possibly zero.

Well, some switches still come on 6.0.0 to 7.0.1 as stock because the Big N isn't worried

Based on what information? Those are extremely old firmware versions so I highly doubt modern consoles come shipped with those vulnerable ones.

For unpatched Switches any FW now and in the future will be hackable.

Because there isnt one, not without a modchip.

And if nintendo revise the switch to block modchips i doubt anyone will release a mod chip as xecuter were the only ones, and afterwards i doubt anyone has the balls.
