Hey, how could I revert the FBI h&s inject back to normal h&s?

Yes, if you did the h&s dump then just inject your h&s backup from that dump.

I think you have to delete it and then do a system update to restore it (not 100% sure)

Or you can just delete it and do a system update .. I'd go for system update just because it's easy and it's not like you can lose A9LH or anything with system update.

@Hyoretsu Could you like .. fix your guide? This isn't the first time people ask this. And I've wondered why. And the other guy who asked about this told me: The guide never tells you to dump hs.app or inject it back. I wish people just used 3DS.guide which clearly is superior but since you have your guide on the forum you might as well keep it up to date ..

1. Install the latest release of FBI as CIA
   
   
2. Open it. On the main menu, navigate to Titles
   
   
3. Look for FBI with the red letters. The title ID should be 0004001000021300 for US and 0004001000022300 for EUR (same as H&S app)
   
   
4. Press A, then Delete Title
   
   
5. Exit and do a System Update. The original H&S app will be restored
