Homebrew Guide for the theme setttings for Yata+?

Is there a guide on the theme settings for Yata plus? Its so frustrating and time consuming experimenting the settings and seeing what does what and how it looks like because I don't understand what they're referring to on the menu. If not can someone make a propper guide for it?
