You may be able to make the color change go on a horizontal line to make it work.

Also, What do your prompt menus, buttons, and progress bar look like?

Yes, i can change it that way easily ... it's just for getting an impression of it yet.

To be honest. ... didn't do the promt and progress bar yet. The buttons in the promt will look like the original wii buttons you know from the disc channel. Something like that:

Hi all, does the scroll bar size change to represent the number of displayed games among the total number of games ?

i have this installed:devkitPro Libraries 03-04-2009 (devkitpro libs)

where does the libwiigui-1.02 files go?

i downloaded again libwiigui devkitpro libs, extracted them and overwrited the old ones, still this error comes up:
i don`t know where i should put the files from libwiigui-1.02-folder?

Code:
> "make"
FreeTypeGX.cpp
audio.cpp
input.cpp
main.cpp
menu.cpp

Yep, that is exactly what I was talking about cyrex. Looks great.
Just an idea (prompted by the space free thing) is to include total space of drive and number of installed isos. I like the new settings button too.
One question, is the text on the side of the box actually anything, or just a static image (I realize that it isn't a working loader yet, I was just curious what you were planning)?

Everything's still static artwork and especially the text on the boxart i think will never be able to change because that would cost too much coding and you would kinda need to edit all covers by hand. And i didn't really think about covers/boxart yet... i just set the Wario Box to see how it looks with covers. We will see which options the coding will offer us to make nice covers/boxart

. But i think if transfered to the GUI it will all display like this (hope so

). I just tested a few things out like the scrollbar and the main background. Seems to look nice on tv because you don't see the sharp edges of the graphics. But it needs lots of trial n error untill the GUI will actually look like this and thats where a coder like nIxx comes in handy

. I would have to try out lot more times than he does... like replace a graphic... compile... go up to the card reader notebook... go down to the wii... test... go up to the main pc again... etc.

Hi all! enjoy the "new" release, now with cover support (by nIxx)!

GUILoader GreyWave with cover support:

Change Log:

- Cover support (by nIxx) (160x224, SD:\images)
- Several bug fixes (gamecube controller works now, doesn`t code dump when you click credits etc...)
- Some changes to button images
- Moved the buttons
- thx to dimok/nIxx/giantpune for all the help.

ok so im curious.....ill bite!...

EDIT:

ok i tried this and while i think its a beautiful gui based of the same GUI snesgx used i would guess (you need a way to page down even if it means Grabbing and drtagging the center arrows up and down)

FEED BACK!

REGION FORCEING DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY YET!

try this:

PAL console...Boot Tutsunoco vs capcom with Forced PAL on (it needs to have a mode called PATCHED VIDEO ask wiishizza about adding it in his loader is the best region forced build)

TRY THIS!

NTSC console...Boot the PAL ONLY version of Rogue Troopers with forced NTSC...(again this game needs PATCHED VIDEO option to run properly)

when that is fixed i will switch to this loader but untill then no fancy GUI can replace the fuctionality of wiishizzas loader ATM

vettacossx is right, forcing PAL video modes doesn't work on my 3.2E Wii. GH:Metallica is in red and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom doesn't work at all.
