Unless your hell bent on horizon, I do believe it runs natively on android . If you have a Mariko though, I suppose this is the only option.

The mobile port is not that great and the android controls kind of suck without analog sticks. This is the better option.

I havent had issues with any gta port on android yet, seems to work fine for me.
I admit no analog is annoying, but if you use an android pie build that problem no longer exists.
