Hardware Green Lines on inner Camera

I bought a New 3DS recently. Both cameras were working fine through these 3 months. I am really careful with it and theese green lines appeared on the inner camera today, also the outer cameras are laging very hard. Does anyone knows if it’s software or hardware issues? My 3DS has CFW, does that affects somehow?

I've never heard of this happening. I would assume it's hardware damage. If you want, you can get it fixed by Nintendo if you have a nand backup and you remove all traces of b9s. You just need a flashcart to reinstall.
