Gaming Graphics heat

My graphics card gets to around 167 degrees f or 72-73 celcius. Is this normal. It has built in cooling

pretty standard for load. my 4670 gets up to 79-80 on load on a hot day.

mine stays 45C idle and about 60C load with a 4870 with reference HSF

Like above, what card do you have, must be an AGP card if your hitting those temps. Plus laptop, or desktop?

Same here, but im on a 8800 GT from Inno 3D... i pretty chuffed that it only loads at at 80 as well, with no kind of other cooling.

My laptop GPU (Geforce 9600M GT) peaks at 60C.

My 4850 1GB idles at like 65 C and gets to almost 100 C sometimes. I have huge 250mm fan right beside it too.
