So I keep buying Nintendo switch's finding people in my town who will pay $100 more then they are worth and I keep selling mine so after doing a week with out one I just got me a new one off amazon with the red and blue joycon's so what FW do you think it will have since i'm buying a new one.

It doesn't hurt to check the FW since you're already bought it.

As long as it's not connected to the internet, it's safe to check what firmware.
Make sure you put in on Airplane mode if you have an unsecured network somewhere.
