Got a Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 7950

I forgot I had this old hunker in storage. Haven't tested yet to see if the spiders took it over though. I'm curious if it could still make a decent beast of a emulation station with maybe some switch performance. Also taking some recommendations on which matx case to pair it with since I have a spare matx board. The goals to make small build as possible without chocking out airflow.
