And you are correct. You aren't supposed to have a firmware.bin. I was checking to make sure you didn't have one.
Here's what I would try next:
- Go to the region changing section of the guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Region-Changing
- Download the 9.2.0 ctrtransfer for your console (I'm assuming USA, but I don't know whether you have New or Old).
- Put the .bin and .sha from that download in the files9 folder.
- Run Decrypt9, "SysNAND Options" -> "CTRNAND Transfer" -> "Auto CTRNAND Transfer"
- Select the 9.2.0 ctr image
- When it asks about a backup, name it NANDmin1.bin so you don't overwrite your existing backup.
That should update you to 9.2.0 and fix any corrupt system files you might have. The nice thing is if that doesn't work you can always use Hourglass9 to restore your NANDmin.bin and get back to where you are now, so you can't hurt anything.
