About 2 weeks ago, i was screwing around of facebook and noticed orbit australia had a competition thing, be the first to comment on an image and you'll get a book. noticed an image hadn't been commented on, so i thought why not. can't complain about free shit. 2 days ago i got my book, turn coat by jim butcher. pretty interesting book.

At least 3 months ago AMD were having a giveaway on some basic stuff. Ipod skins, business cards and other random stuff. i thought might as well, didn't expect anything. ordered ipod skins and completely forgot about it. come home on wednesday and i have some mail from AMD. fuck yeah, free ipod skins.
Friend who left for Manchester, is currently stuck in Abu Dhabi because of those eruptions. 5-star hotel, everything paid for. She had a $105 lunch. Shit i'm jealous. There isn't even an estimated time they'll be able to fly again either, the volcano's expected to spit out ash for another 3 days or something.
