EDIT: Issue has been resolved.

GM9 works just fine with my old 3DS, my issue is that I’d have to shine a light at my 3DS to even see it since the backlight doesn’t seem to turn on. Is this that issue where people were just seeing a black screen or is there a way I can access GM9 that will turn on the backlight?

Excuse my dirty screen, I haven’t cleaned it yet.

Picture might not really show it, but I’ve provided one for reference if you don’t understand what the heck I’m saying.

I should mention that I don’t have that luma boot loader thing that I’ve seen other people having when I looked for a solution. I do have Luma on my 3DS, I just don’t have a menu coming from Luma, just straight to GM9. Sorry if this seems confusing.

What GM9 are you actually using (1.9.1, 1.9.2pre, or another)? And you perharps use fastboot3ds or the conventional boot9strap?

Try for now to adjust the screens bright moving the volume slider. This seems to be the "problem"

Version says v1.9.1.
I use boot9strap.
I already used the brightness slider, that did nothing.

I haven’t updated it since I installed it.
