Can someone please make a video showing how global settings works?
Since I wont be able to play in a while (School

), and I want to see how it works (Where the button are)

Also according to the M3 Sakura guide you have 2 option to enable for all games and enable for new games. but enable for all games locks you out from having settings for individual games. So is there a way to have it change the settings for all games but still allow you to change them later on even ones that already have settings file? (For example: Change all games even old ones to have soft-reset for example and change it manually later on if you want other stuff for some games)

Select the "Set for All Games" option to apply your settings to every game, then tap "OK." Then go back into Universal Settings and select the "Set for New Games Only" option to unlock the settings.
