"A Different Game released a new video for Ghostwire, showing example gameplay of the "augmented reality" DSiWare title. In this game, reality is "augmented" in a way that makes you look more like a person who freaks out randomly on the street, as you are constantly surrounded by ghosts even in the daytime. Constantly. The use of the DSi's secondary camera to provide a rear view of more ghosts seems especially cruel.

We wonder if people who play this a lot start to feel like there are already ghosts all over the place, and we just don't see them without our DSi systems."

This is pretty awesome.
But that ghost looks too fake :/

...'cuz you've seen a lotta ghosts that you can compare this one to?

This is out as a cellphone app already, haven't tried it but it certainly looks interesting as well as something fun to do with the DSi's camera besides make your friends' pics look goofy.

Haha, at 0:32-0:33, she walks in a door that says, "Closed", and it's open.

But this game looks pretty cool! Would get strange though walking around the whole city carrying your DSi and aiming it at stuff in different corners.

Would like to see more gameplay of this.

This is no doubt a concept video trailer of sorts.
The ghosts seem to be added in by CG and don't represent the actual game.
Unless of course they plan on using static wobbly images... wich is anything but scary....
If they could figure out a way for things to blend into the colors of the room, like darker colors of a table will have a face pretrude out or something cool like that.

A good idea and much better than Sony's Pokemon ripoff with the same idea.
Though theres was a ton more high quality, but needed less stupid creatures and stupid kids playing it.

I hope this one is improved with some higher quality standards before its release.
It looks like a ton of fun.

Though personally I'd just like to have an augmented reality organizer....
Come on, who wouldn't want virtual sticky notes on your desk? xD
