Hacking Question Ghosts 'n goblins Resurrection and SXOS cheat problem

Bad news I used the codes for ghosts n goblins resurrection and they freeze when you get to the boss.then you have to reset the game and it seems to save at the last point before you activated the cheats.I didn't know you can activate cheats in sleep mode thanks for that info.I guess im gonna look for another game to play for now.this game is to frustrating!!! Any suggestions on a good metroidvania game?? There's been soo many releases this month idk what to grab???

Can confirm. When you get to the end of a stage and are about to fight the boss, nothing triggers it to appear on the screen. The game appears to be running, just 'stuck' sort of and the trigger event never happens.

They made it to ridiculously hard even harder than the first one LOL come on now I'm just gonna go play some Mame on my switch to go play some killer instinct im bored of switch games.

Hi may i ask what your running ,?
Im on sx os 3.1.0 beta
Orig firmware 5.1.0
I tried to install 11.0.1
But couldnt get the cfw to boot
Erased my emunand and created a new one
Then updated it to 11.0.0
But this ghouly game says need to update system firmware

how did you get it running please

You all should try to finish this game without cheats, then use them. Using them "out of the box" makes me feel something wrong in mi chest.

Not sure where to post this so mods, feel free to move it wherever.

When I'm in Ghosts n Goblins and hit the home button then hit the album button (so I can access the SX OS cheat menu) I get a white screen. I can get back to the main Switch screen to resume my game but it seems there is something about this game that is preventing the album button from launching the SX OS menu.

Time to switch from SX OS to Atmosphere?

Actually, they did. If you hit the Home button AS SOON AS THE SCREEN GOES BLACK (when launching the game), you can bring up the SX OS cheat menu perfectly fine. Or, after the game loads, put the Switch to sleep then wake it back up and enter the cheat menu.

I understand you are just sharing your opinion but there are situations where people feel the need to use a cheat. Maybe not to finish the entire game but not all games have perfectly balanced gameplay throughout.
