Hacking Question Getting saved games from Switch with OFW?

I'd like to copy my saved games from a Switch with OFW to another Switch, was has CFW.
What is the best method?

For example if I make a NAND backup from the Switch with OFW can I get the save games? I don't want to risk a ban.

No, that’s not how it works. Easiest would be to make a nand backup of your „clean“ console, take it offline, install homebrew, use checkpoint to backup saves, restore saves on your hacked console, restore clean nand backup to make your console clean again.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if you boot into RCM with a clean SD card, dump your nand, remove the SD card and reboot in OFW, Nintendo won't be able to detect anything?

Very unlikely, possibly zero.

Contrary to the above, yes you can take a nand backup from rcm mode using hekate, never booting into cfw on your clean switch, then extract the saves from the nand backup. There's at least one thread about doing the latter, have a look for it.

Do you think this method could be used to upload save into a "clean" switch?
I've made an extractof my Zelda save on Wii U and converted it.
Can I use Memloader to upload the saves in my Switch? Can it be detected and then mean a ban?

It could possibly be used that way, but afaik no tool exists to re-pack save games with the console-specific encryption. So, no. Not really.
You can get saves off a clean switch and then re-import them with a savegame manager homebrew on a CFW switch, but not (currently and maybe never) the other way around.

I think it's been done, and discussed on here, but I couldn't find the thread, maybe someone else can point it out.
