Just updated my firmware to the latest 20.4.0 and atmosphere/hekake. Currently almost all my switch games can’t be accessed because I need to “accept the new EULA and privacy policy” that comes with the new software. I can’t go online because I’m on emuMMC and even if I do, I’m on incognito so it’s not gonna allow me to connect to the Nintendo server to accept it. Any way around this nag message so I can play my games? Thanks

This link that you provided is for atmosphere GitHub issue with power consumption. Forgive me for failing to see how this is related to the EULA nag I’m getting?
The specific comment that the link should jump to has config tweaks for atmosphere, which fix the power consumption issue by blocking activity related to the nag. Most people who've been talking about it have just been seeing the excess power consumption and not the actual nag, like you are, but hopefully the same tweaks might get rid of the nag?
Unfortunately this tweak didn’t work… and maybe even made my battery worse? Not quite sure lol but certainly didn’t get rid of the EULA nag. Any other ideas? I appreciate your help very much. Thanks
Sorry that's all I've got. I haven't updated to 20.x yet so no personal experience to go on.
Found the solution to this. Used home brew app called linkalho to unlink and relink my account and the msg went away.
