Usb helper transfer tool is not necessary, you just copy the files to your sd card (make a folder named install and put them there) then install them with WUP installer. Anyone that knows how to use a computer can do it.

i know that its just i only have a 2gb sd rd so i really cant play larger games

You can get a decent sized sd card for less than $10. I hope you're a child that his parents just won't give him the money otherwise if you can't come up with that much that's just sad.
