That error has nothing to do with a banned seed. Its something else thats going on with it.

If that console was banned they would be getting a error code of 002-0102.

My bad. After some research it's actually a problem with luma. You'll need to update luma to 8.1 and your firmware version to 11.6

It's not a problem with Luma guys..... That error code literally means "update your console."
