Hacking Getting DLC on old fw.

I was wondering if we can get psn store dlc content (Unpurchased as of now) onto a lower fw Vita using the ps3 transfer method or something similar.
Was thinking of getting a retail game that had some dlc content, but idk if u can buy/get dlc transfered and not be on the latest fw. I don't know if dlc can be ps3 transfered the same as a normal psn game bought online. Thanks for any info!

Im not sure of that either, I know you cannot transfer vita themes and demos

I would like to know as well I have the sly cooper collection 1+2+3 but I never downloaded #3 I was lazy and sony released an update days later "3.20" or whatever one it was and I could no longer access the PSN with the download code I have. so it just sits unused.
