Homebrew Get Homebrew Back After System Transfer

I have a A9LH'd 2DS that I did a system transfer from a while back to a A9LH'd 3DS.
I was about to gift my 2DS to my two neices yesterday as Christmas gift, but I soon realized on start up that all my Homebrew apps were deleted (FBI, HBL, Luma, Freeshop, etc). I know it's still hacked, because I can still get into Luma3DS through Select+Power

Does anyone know how I can reinstall all of the main Homebrew applications that were loaded during a A9LH'D setup?

Use Decrypt9, dump the HS.app, inject FBI, inject HS.app, install the rest

Just install the Decrypt9 payload and inject FBI into HS to install the other apps. Ez-pz.

You can also dump the tickets from your old system and restore them onto your new system. It should restore the homebrew tickets as well
