Hacking get error when wii boot up after hacking 4.2

need help for my friend
after hacking 4.2e
i get an error when wii start to boot up
like setup not complete (IOS WAD ???)
whan wii boot he need sum files
after i get splash screen
than wii menu show and wii work ok
how to fix it
i try to take from another WII the SD files
i relapse the sd card with new copy files from working WII
the error not from the sd files
how to reninstal it all \ fix it ???

ok, what error message do u get exactly... is it something like "hacks.ini not found on fat" (honestly, if I am right about this error message, i deserve a medal for decoding that retarded first post)
