Whenever I attempt to do a proof, I never succeed, but whenever my teacher or peers explain it to me, I understand how to write the proof, after the fact. Is there any way to get better in writing proofs because we've been going through them, and I'm still having problems with them? Thanks.

Can we have an example as different parts of Geometry have different proofs. Also, are you trying to prove angle x = angle y or are you using words to prove why you chose to do a specific step?
