Homebrew Genplusgx SegaCD LED Problem

Hey guys i was just getting some sega cd games running with genplusgx the newest version and the 2 games i tried run fine but while playing both games the LED lights on my wii keep flashing nonstop i was wondering is this normal? is there a way to turn this off its kinda distracting and im sure its not good for the wii to have them consistently flashing.

It's the emulator's way of telling you the virtual disc is being accessed, it's normal and harmless. There is no way to disable it yet.
