This program can build custom Gen 5 Pokémon Distribution ROMs from a .pgf event file and a clean copy of the Liberty Ticket distribution ROM (both not included).

With this program you can:
  • Change the .pgf event file
  • Create your own .pgf file
  • Change the date limit
  • Change which games can receive the event
  • Change which games region can receive the event (partially tested | only tested with English and French copies)
  • Change the event text that appears upon receiving
v1.1.3
  • Bug Fix: Closing the OpenFileDialog caused the program to crash.
v1.1.2
  • Added an Update Checker to notify the user if a new version is available
v1.1.1
  • Fixed Region Compatibility Selection (hopefully)
v1.1
  • Added PGF Creator
  • Automated Text saving
  • Fixed Time Format for Auto Max Date Limit
v1.0.1
  • Fixed Auto Max Date Limit
v1.0.0
  • Initial Release

Cool. Will be possible have something similar also for 4th gen? And another question, but If I already received the Liberty ticket I can receive a new different PGF injected in this distribution rom or not 'cause I already used this rom?

I do plan on adding Gen 4 support after I've done all I can for Gen 5. In the meantime, there's a different program that you can use for Gen 4, which you can find here.

As for receiving different PGFs from the same distro ROM, you can. Within the PGF file itself is an ID value, which your game stores and is unable to receive an event with the same ID. But when you change the PGF file in the ROM, the new PGF has it's own ID. So you'll be able to switch out the PGF file and collect many different events, but you won't be able to collect the same event/PGF more than once.
