Hacking GCReEx or ISO

i have a simple little question...
Which has the best compatability out of GCReEx or ISO...?

Also is there away of converting GCReEx back to a GAMECUBE ISO...?

For Q1: they both have same compatibility, however GCREex was mentioned to run games faster (never tried it though)
For Q2: you might be able to do it with Wiimms tools using qtwit gui (though I'm not sure it will work for GC games)
