Hacking GCOS for Wiinja

I don't think this has been posted yet. I was searching for info on the Wiinja hex code and found this ... it's about two weeks old, but it's good to know.

Haven't been to the Wiinja site since Feb. 1, so I hadn't seen it there.

Emu_Kidid has released an official version of GCOS (not sure what build it's based on) for the Nintendo Wii with a Wiinja modchip installed. Not much is known about what functionality is retained other then the ability to boot backups and launch homebrew. Launching homebrew is a bonus that shouldn't be looked over

GCOS Special Version for Wiinja Modchip.

What's it do?:
Boots all region Gamecube games (original or legal backups)
Explore ISO9660 discs up to 4.7gb(?) and launch DOL/ELF

How to:
Insert this disc into your Wiinja'd Wii and boot it.
Eject it and put in your favourite GC game and boot!


exploring the entire 4.7 GB will be great for multi boot gcn isos, nice find!

so can you burn more than 1 gamecube games to a DVD and choose with this GCOS?
