Hacking GC Backup Problem

Ok so I burned my Super Mario Sunshine ISO onto a DVD-R using ImgBurn and Loaded GameCube Backup Launcher 0.2 Theta via the Homebrew Channel I got the GC Backup Launcher title screen then a green screen then nothing but black.

Have I done something wrong, SMS is suppose to be compatiable with this?

Oh....hehe, I thought u only needed to use that to run it on the Disc Channel.

What if someone had installed miospatcher and then uninstalled it. Would installing it again be safe

Ok i installed miospatcher and I got

Failed to read DVD 263

The DVD-R i used was an Imation brand disc
