What options are there for cheating or save editing on GBC VC games?
To name an obvious example, Nintendo never distributed Mew to the 3DS VC in my country. If I'm going to have one I'd prefer as legal as it can be.

Probably Luma have ability to handle this kind of cheats am I wrong?
