Hi, I know I'm new to this forum, but I was wondering, is there any way to change the sprites on the GBA VC games?

You see, the games look much better on a small GBA screen, and files can be accesssed through the SD card, so I was wondering if it would be possible to upscale the sprites to have a prettier game.

Do you think it's possible, if yes, how?

That's not how it works. You can't just upscale sprites without upscaling the rest of the game. Even so, they'd look the exact same, granted you upscaled them properly (Nearest Neighbor).

All that aside, everything is encrypted like Nathan Drake said.

lol
nice idea, but before we do this, we would try to remap the button-layout.
anyways, its encrypted and it wont work anyway, as you would have to rewrite the collision detection.

If you want the GBA sprites to look more like they appear on an actual GBA, then hold start while booting up a game. They won't be upscaled but they will be at native resolution and thus a lot more clearer.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
