I bought an used GBA SP. It was not turning on, but I discovered that the problem was a faulty battery. Then I replaced the battery and everything seems fine, but I found that the SP is not charging.
The orange light turns on, altough the battery never charges. I put the battery on a spare board that I have and it charged. I also tested the fuse and it is OK, the multimeter "beeps". In other tests, I found that if I left the battery in the SP, the battery drains even if the SP is off; also if I turn on the SP, when it is "charging", and I remove the battery, the SP remains turn on with the orange light on.
Anyone knows about this issue?
